Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  8/10/04      Rate This Apartment     I moved to Patchen Place a little over a week ago and I am very pleased with this property.The landscaping is nice but I do have to say when it rains really hard, the property floods up pretty quick.I do not know if any actual units flood, so that would be something to ask the rental staff.The actual apartment is quite nice.I am renting a 2 bedroom garden apartment.The living room layout is a bit out of date, the
