Reviewer:  Grantatious@email.com   Review Date:  3/24/04      Rate This Apartment     These apartments are not of considerable quality for what they charge.for an approximately 900 sq foot apartment, our electricity runs us $100 monthly (at 65 degrees in the winter) on top of our $550 a month rent.The electrical breakers do not hold well enough to run a television and vacuum cleaner at the same time.We also had a problem with mold when we first moved in.The lights on the outside of our building were out for 2 weeks, and this happened shortly after an assault against one of my neighbors.Parking spaces are only adequate for a compact size care, let alone a decent size car (heaven forbid a truck).Little help is the office staaff who take longggg lunches and leave early.
