Apartment Review for Wassmer Properties - Lexington, KY

So I read some rough reviews but the place seemed pretty nice: then I realized what a hell hole I got myself into. The police show up several times a week for disturbances, the staff will let things stay broken for days before they fix it, and worse than anything the landlord is nowhere to be found when something goes wrong. On the first day of the month, he'll call you several times to "remind you" of rent due, then he'll haul off and disappear when something is broken. DO NOT RENT HERE EVER.
