Apartment Review for Aslan Cloisters - Lexington, KY

Don't believe you will get what you are shown. I did,big mistake!!! The apt I got the baseboards are rotting &painted over. The hot water goes from normal to scalding while you shower. If you try to get anything fixed they say they will let you out of the lease, pack up your things & leave. Management is a joke. The office is never open on time. I've called several times & still got the recording up to a hour after they are supposed to be open. You can talk to Tracie about a problem,not get a response, call back later and she acts as if she never spoke to you. Joey always says he has no authority to do anything. They will give you the property owners name&number but she doesn't call back. Oh by the way they will provide you with handicap parking, but if maintaince has you towed you don't get your money back, they tell you just have to eat the loss. $114.00 is a lot to have to eat. Still have 9 months on my lease and refuse to leave until it's up. So you will hear alot more from me.
