The apartments are spacious, but there is a cockroach problem that management makes minimal effort to correct. It is almost impossible to get management to fix anything. It is across the street from UK campus, and the rent is extremely reasonable, but the location isn't worth the hassel of all the building's problems. Would not recommend living here.  Need to rent an apartment?
