Apartment Review for Brandywine Apartments - Lexington, KY

It is very common place to hear yelling and screaming, as well as motorcycles and other loud vehicles at all hours of the day and night. The apartments are also adjacent to a popular Firetruck route, so noisy firetruck sirens are common place.

The Maintenance is very poor quality. Most of time, rather than fixing a very real problem, they will inform you that the problem is not existent.

The weight room is a joke. It has 3 pulley weight training machines, 2 ellipticals and one bike (with a broken seat). If there is anyone else in there that's trying to work out, you are pretty much out of luck.

The Laundry Room is OK, but dirty. Periodically a drier will break and you'll have to spend another dollar on a different machine.

The management will find any way to get your money. When you leave they will charge you a "Vacuuming Fee" for an apartment you've already vacuumed, a large cleaning fee for an apartment that is already clean. Basically they will find a way to charge you for anything they can think of.

The best thing about the place is that it is close to Kroger.

If you have a choice, live somewhere else.
