Apartment Review for Breckinridge Court - Lexington, KY

Sure, the place looks decent enough for renting in lexington. Not too dirty or rundown on the outside. Sure, the demo apartment looks pretty good. Sure the fake smiles on the office staff are almost believable. BEWARE. The office staff is incompetent. Some of the maintenance guys are nice, but you will not see them anytime soon after putting in a maintenance request (sure they give a guarantee of a quick fix, but don't take their word for it or anything for that matter). The building themselves are not well built either, so if you plan to stay for an extended time prepare for extended maintenance problems. Finally, the apartments are owned by a company way out of town and if you try to deal with them or if you read horror stories of renters across the country trying to deal with that company you will quickly realize that they are incompetent at best and unscrupulous at worst.
