Apartment Review for Cabana Royal Arms Apartments - Lexington, KY

I've lived here for a almost a year, and everything has gone wrong. The first two months, our air conditioner didn't work, and no one knew how to fix it; then we had a cockroach infestation, that wasn't taken care of for a month and a half; and our roof leaked for 4 months before anyone made an actual effort to fix it. they just kept busting into our apartment at 8 in the morning WITHOUT WARNING to spray paint over the black tar stains that leaked through. The manager is terrible at her job, and every time we called to ask when our roof was getting fixed, she basically hung up on us. The location is also awful. Within two months of moving in, (on top of the air conditioner problem) my car was stolen from the parking lot in daylight. I know it's not really the owner/staff's fault, but when i called to tell the manager, she said "that's not our problem" no apologies or condolences whatsoever. Avoid this place at all costs!
