Apartment Review for Chinoe Creek - Lexington, KY

The apartments are nice and well maintained by the maintenance staff. Decent price also. The bills are OUTRAGOUS though. For one month my electric bill was $164.00 and that is with using my fireplace. It is really crazy. Not insolated well and the rooms stay colds. Parking is a hassle. You might find a place in the next building over if you are lucky. The office staff..oh were to begin. Rude is an understatement. You can never find the manager and the assistant manager has no clue. The exercise room is never clean and smells of pee. I can't wait for my lease to be up. The only positive thing is the maintenance crew. They do get work orders done in a timely manner. It might not be done correctly on the first time, but they will come back.
