Apartment Review for Cravens Properties - Lexington, KY

.... but kept getting worse. The old manager left and the new one was a lot nicer but now there are absolutely no set office hours and is only there about one hour everyday... and it's never the same hour everyday so you never know.... they'll tow you in a heartbeat if they don't see a parking pass.... and omg the bugs!!!! TONS OF BUGS!!!! they've gotten a little better but who wants ANY bugs? i certainly don't... The apartments are quite old as are most all of the appliances. there are maintenance problems, but the maintenance guy is really nice... that's about the only plus... we're moving as soon as possible.
