Apartment Review for Cross Creek Apartments - Lexington, KY

Cross Creek was "just ok" until the new owners did away with all utilities paid last year in the middle of our leases. Now they make the residents pay an arbitrary $$ amount for sewage, trash, water, electric and gas. There are no meters to measure individual usage. They did not lower the rent to compensate for this EXPENSIVE additonal bill either. The maintenance staff does not respond as quickly as they should and they do not fix problems the first, second or even third time. The Management Supervisor usually portrays an "I don't care" attitude to the tenants. There are plenty of places to park because everyone is moving out!!! I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
