Apartment Review for Downing Place Townhouses - Lexington, KY

My townhouse is spacious, well-maintained and cozy. The management is sometimes a little chaotic. There are basically two problems that I have had over the past 2 1/2 years; the HUGE roach problems and maintenance staff. I had several outlets that would not keep any plugs in them. I called maintenance about them and they replaced them with outlets that were too small. When I notified Mgmt about this, the maintenance staff left a rude note stating to use some muscle. The roach problem has diminished but it is still a problem.

Other than the above mentioned items, Downing Place is a great place to live. The weekend security staff is usually visible and making rotations. The environment is friendly and quiet. The grounds are kept on a regular basis. Pest Control occurs on a monthly basis at your request.
