Apartment Review for Forest Oaks Apartments - Lexington, KY

We moved here for 1 year and could not wait to get the hell out! Someone actually took a dump in our breezeway, and to make matters worse it took mgmt. 3 days to remove it. There is always old/nasty furniture under the stairwells from where someone jumped rent, and the worst thing was that tenants had moved out from the bottom apartment (you have to walk by it to get your mail.) and the lock was broken and a homeless guy was living there. We told management, but they did nothing about it. Talk about being terrified! Our lights in our breezeway were left broken for two weeks, so for two weeks I had to walk in pitch black up to my second story apartment. (You literally can't see a thing at night, and anyone could be waiting for you. We had a convicted rapist living in the same building...I hope you are starting to get the picture...
