Apartment Review for Forest Oaks Apartments - Lexington, KY

hi, My husband and our family moved here from Louisiana about 4 months ago. We have had nothing but trouble since we moved here. About the first 2 weeks they fixed everything that needed fixing as they could then all downhill after that. Our hot water has been on and off for over 3 months and didnt have air conditioning 22 days in May 2007. We are now in June and have been without hot water for 12 days now. No telling when it will be back on. Contacted lawyer for case. Which if you rent here you will have to to get out of lease no matter what they do. They will not let you out. Place is looking bad also. Stairs to office rotting and pool closed by board of health. Please no one rent here...Then they claim they are luxury apts, I would hardly claim myself as such. Most of these apts arent even occupied. once again, STAY AWAY FROM ANY RIVER OAKS MANAGEMENT RENTALS.
