Apartment Review for Forest Oaks Apartments - Lexington, KY

I've lived here for about a year and a half and it has been an absolute nightmare. Maintenance is horrible which isn't good since something is always broken. We went without air conditioning for a large part of May, and in June we were without hot water for almost 2 weeks. There have even been a couple of days when we had no running water at all. The people who live here mostly work at fast food establishments and don't speak English. There are often children running around and playing in the parking lot. If you are thinking about moving here, think again because I guarantee you will regret it.
