Apartment itself was o.K. although heating problems in town home (not zoned, therefore hot upstairs and cold downstairs). Really problematic: noise during nights every weekend from partying neighbors. Office staff o.K. until you have requests or problems, then unmotivated, unfriendly and even arrogant (manager pretended not to be available once, when I wanted to talk to her). If you can choose staff: talk to the males.
