Apartment Review for Heritage Apartments - Lexington, KY

I lived here for approximately a year and a half. The apartments originally seemed like a good deal. We (my room mate and I) paid $589 for a 2 br. However, about a week after moving in, we realized our air conditioning didn't work unless you kept it on full blast which made our electric bill very high. There are a lot of Hispanic residents here, but that never bothered me. Our screen door also came off the hinge and maintenance never bothered to fix it, after multiple requests. The HR lady (Bobbie, I think) is a bitch, plain and simple. We made sure our apt. was in the same condition when we left as the day we moved in and she refused to give us our deposit back.
