Apartment Review for Limestone Square Apartments - Lexington, KY

When my roommates and I first looked at a 3 bedroom unit it looked great... We knew the one we saw wouldn't be the one we got, but we didn't know the one we got would be so disgusting. There was a hole in the ceiling of the master bathroom which leaked from the bathroom above and was never fixed... The front door could have easily been kicked down with minimal force. Underneath the sink was rotted out because the pipes leaked... Among many other problems. Despite telling management and submitting written requests nothing ever got fixed. During UK's spring break they conveniently did "walk throughs" while nobody was around, supposedly to look for maintenance issues. I thought to myself, oh good, the hole in the ceiling will be taken care of. But no, all they fixed was some missing molding in the kitchen. If you're looking to live here don't waste your time. It's expensive and the management is too cheap to fix anything. They seem nice at first, but I'm glad I got out when I could.
