Apartment Review for Newtown Crossing - Lexington, KY

The previous owners of Newtown were horrible and have done a great job of giving Newtown the reputation it has. On the positive side of things a new company has just bought this property and as of Sept 1 there has been a new office staff in place including all new managers as well as a whole new maintenance staff. The new management has done a great job of trying to recorrect the previous owners screw ups and the maintenance crew is finally fixing the problems. Another positive the management has begun resident activities where they are trying to get to know the resident by having resident appreciation week where they give out food and prizes all during the week as well as offer a safety course headed up by police officers on how to make sure proper saftey is taken. They have also added courtesy officers to help patrol the lot and have replaced all light fixtures around the property to make sure the lot is fully lit all during the night. There are very positive changes being made and I feel the property is finally heading in the right direction and I would recommend giving it a try.
