Apartment Review for Newtown Crossing - Lexington, KY

I have lived in Newtown Crossing for a year. The maintance guys don't know how to knock. The staff has no substance behind what they say. They tell you what you want to hear, and never keep their word. There are bugs everywhere no matter how often they try to get rid of the problem. The walls don't have a protective coating so if you touch them it leaves a mark which they make you pay for. They told me I could put things on the walls then told me when I moved out that I had to fill the holes or I would be charge. It is overpriced, and I would say overrated, but word is quickly spreading that these apartments are a joke.
