The lease here is ironclad and there is NO way to get out unless you find someone stupid enough to pay for an overpriced and overrated piece of poo apartment complex for the remainder of your lease term. Not only this, but if you happen to fall in some sort of situation where you NEED to get rid of the apartment the general manager Jennifer Mickey will simply wish you well in your adventure of finding a subleaser and inform you that if you are not able to pay they will take legal action. They offer NO help. Apart from this, you can hear every little noise the neighboring apartment makes and the apartments are filthy when you move in. Visitor parking here is the biggest joke in the world and is usually filled with UK students parking to go to class. Don't move here.
