Apartment Review for Oak Grove Apartments - Lexington, KY

Oak Grove is a LOVELY community, no doubt...absolutely beautiful apartments, gorgeous landscaping, awesome maintenance team. I wish I could stay, but after a year, I can't. I moved in to Oak Grove on a special...it was SO good that I questioned what would happen when the time came to renew my lease. I was assured that if the rent went up, it wouldn't go up "that much." Instead, when they asked me to renew, it was with a whopping $112 rent increase!!! Oak Grove is an awesome place to live, but if you move in with a special, be aware of the market rates...or you may find yourself moving in a year.
