Gated community, so it's pretty safe. Very quiet community. Neighbors and employees are very nice. Only downside is that there is only one dumpster for the entire complex, so not only do you have to drive your trash to the dumpster if you're on the other side of the complex, it fills up (and over) pretty quickly.  Need to rent an apartment?
