Apartment Review for Paddock Apartments - Lexington, KY

It is true that you get what you pay for. My wife and I have been at Paddock for so long now only because you get 975sqft and all utilities paid for $555.00 a month. Although the management stinks, not to mention the hallway; also it's not the safest neighborhood in Lexington. I'm not saying its the worst, but you could think of it as the up scale ghetto. It's not too uncommon to hear gun fire. So best bet is to spend that little bit extra and find a nice safe place to live.
