Apartment Review for Patchen Oaks Apartments - Lexington, KY

This property may look nice from the outside, but it has been a big dissapointment. Parking is horrible, if you come home past 7 at night you probably will have to park on the street. Residents park illegally along every curb making it very difficult to get in and out of the property. The stairs to in the breeze ways are connected to the bedroom and everytime people walk up and down the stairs it sounds like a herd of elephants. The plumbing was put in wrong, so when an upstairs neighbor takes a shower the pipes rattle together. It is loud enough to wake you up every morning. And the best part is the property staff. When you call in a maintenance issue you may or may not get it taken care of. If you call to complain everyone is "in a meeting." They brag about upgrades, which you have to pay for, and you never get. We were supposed to get ours at our last renewal in June 08. They still haven't been scheduled. Look long and hard before being inconvenienced by these so called luxury apartments!!!
