I moved to Patchen Place a little over a week ago and I am very pleased with this property. The landscaping is nice but I do have to say when it rains really hard, the property floods up pretty quick. I do not know if any actual units flood, so that would be something to ask the rental staff. The actual apartment is quite nice. I am renting a 2 bedroom garden apartment. The living room layout is a bit out of date, the  Need to rent an apartment?
