Rent is affordable so many college kids live here. Walls are not thick enough...can hear the neighbors fighting next door. There is a weight-limit on animals, but it is not enforced...sounds like a herd of elephants on the ceiling. Parking is atrocious...resident stickers are provided but definitely not enforced. Maintenance staff is friendly and pretty prompt. Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and appliances need updating badly.  Need to rent an apartment?
