Apartment Review for Pinebrook Apartments - Lexington, KY

I've lived at Pinebrook since August of 1999, and have had a great experience. There tends to be a nice mix of students and some families (I moved here for grad school). Just a few perks about Pinebrook: 1) Unlike other places I've heard about, the maintenance here is FANTASTIC!!! Dale, in particular, goes out of his way to make sure everything works well. It seems as though I've barely hung up the phone from calling the office and Dale's at the door! 2) A couple of years ago, I had a very loud set of neighbors living downstairs from me, and the office staff members were fantastic in helping to resolve the issue. 3) They've just repainted the exteriors of all the apartments, and they look wonderful! 4) Karrie, the manager, just could NOT be any sweeter! That goes for the entire management staff. They have always been most helpful and go out of their way to make the residents happy! 5) In January 2003 our clubhouse/office/laundry facility burned down, and in reaction to that, our rents were lowered to compensate for having to go to a
