Apartment Review for Shadeland Crescent - Lexington, KY

The office manager doesn't answer emails. Don't believe the advertised free internet--it never works. Since they are doing construction on the building, the water is randomly turned on and off--with NO notice whatsoever. They don't leave notices if they come into your apartment. One day I came home and the only way I could tell someone had been in was the furniture was slightly moved. I went and asked about it in the office and was hastily told that they had the right to do so and there was nothing that could be done about it. Avoid this apartment complex and especially the manager--Cristal Towe.
