Apartment Review for Silvertree Apartments - Lexington, KY

I lived here 7 years ago and really liked the managers. The maintence was good and the apartment suited my need at the time, I was a graduate student at UK. The upkeep was good at the time and we even got access to the YMCA nearby. Well, the YMCA is gone and the outside appearance of the complex has really gone downhill. It looks like a slum. Did they get new management? My only problem was a drunk who lived next door, when he fought with his latest fling and I feared he'd come through the walls or kill the woman. The mgmt at the time handled it well and kicked him out.
