Apartment Review for Sonnet Cove Apartments - Lexington, KY

First let me inform you about our staff. They are rude and non-sympathetic towards any problems you may happen to report. We have not had air-conditioning for the past month and a half now. Everytime I go to ask them about it they tell me it will be done that week. They have told me this three times and it is still not done! When asked if I could have corporates number, the manager, Melissa, told me she couldn't give it to me but that she could give them my number. That is a load of s@#*. The excercise equipment is broken, the tanning beds hardly work. The tennis courts have weeds growing up through the cracks. The volleyball courts have weeds all over them too. All in all my experience at Sonnet Cove has been an awful one.
