Apartment Review for Sonnet Cove Apartments - Lexington, KY

where to begin...the staff said it was a safe place to live (this is pre-section 8 housing)...only to go to school and find out a classmate was a witness to a murder in my parking lot the summer before i moved in....several cars broken into (one multiple times)...tennis court was a "dog run" for a territorial rottweiler while the owners were gone....pool was never open...staff was rude and incompetant, often contradicting themselves and each other (manager "crystal" was the worst)...there was an inch space between the door and the floor- always had bugs in the apt, and electric bill was high.... maintenance broke our mop when cleaning up a mess THEY made...naturally did not replace it, but they didn't hesitate to RAISE rent!!!
