Apartment Review for Sonnet Cove Apartments - Lexington, KY

I can't beleive how much this place has gone down hill. The staff will tell you what you want to hear but then never do it. It was in my contract that my apartment would be painted but never was, then they told me they would give me the paint so I could paint it myself but they had to order the paint.... its been almost 9 month now and that was never done either. If you need something done at your apartment well.... forget about it because they never do anything. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment
