I moved in in June of 06 and I hated every moment of it since. I had a broken mail box from day one, leaky roof, much of the items in the kitchen was already broke down, and the decks are rooting off the buildings!! I say in a few weeks my bath tube will be in the apt below mine.  Need to rent an apartment?
