Apartment Review for Sonnet Cove Apartments - Lexington, KY

Sonnet Cove is a joke people. Please dont waste your time looking here. Sure the rent is cheap, but the saying goes " you get for what you pay for." I am trying to break my lease, its so bad now. My bathroom ceiling is leaking, my air went out, the shrubbery is growing into my balcony and gasp... I had bed bugs from OTHER apartments. People around here let their cats and dogs run free, and the animals jump onto your car and sh** and claw your hood. Its terrible. I made them treat my apt for the bedbugs but they didnt go around to the other apts to chk, so I have a chance of getting them back. They painted my bedroom because mainteince left this huge handprint on my wall, but the guy dropped paint onto my brand new bedroom dresser. I told him about it, he has yet to clean it up. This was a week ago. I've been here 2 yrs too long, just didnt have money to go anywhere else. but i cant wait to break my lease and I dare they try to charge me or put it on my credit report....
