Apartment Review for Sonnet Cove Apartments - Lexington, KY

So when I went to tour the apartments they showed me a clean apartment with no stains or anything and told us that we would be getting brand new carpet and the place would be clean when we moved in, and to no surprise the place had stains EVERYWHERE on the carpet. The temperature is too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer because of the boiler system. They say they are coming to check your apartment and they dont, and when we moved in the place was infested with fleas! There has been a leak in the ceiling that they haven't fixed despite the numerous times we have called them in months and randomly the hot water doesn't work. The outside of the building looks disgusting and trashy. Don't move in here, you will regret it! I feel sorry for the people in the nice houses that live around this junky place.
