Apartment Review for Steeplechase Apartments - Lexington, KY

I have water leaking into my apartment...no repairs, so now mold. My dryer vent was clogged. The maintenance men cut a hole into my wall and inserted my dryer exhaust tubing, and I was told it was fixed. Luckily I looked behind the dryer before using. This place is unethical and unsafe. I have had to contact the Board of Health, an attorney, and the fire marshall just so I could break my lease and get out of this health and safety hazard.
