Apartment Review for Stoney Falls Apartments - Lexington, KY

1. APARTMENT IS FALLING APART. 2. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR 2 MONTHS TO GET MAINTENANCE TO FIX ANYTHING. 3. YOU BETTER PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME. CANNOT BE ONE DAY LATE OR YOU WILL BE EVICTED. 4. NEVER ANY PARKING SPACES!!!! 5. OFFICE STAFF IS GREAT AT FIRST....VERY RUDE AFTER YOU MOVE IN

I have been living at Stoney Falls for 2 1/2 years now just because it is a good location to school and work. No other reason. Maintenance is horrible and when you go to them with an issue, it takes them forever to fix it. The last time I went to them their response was..."It will be a few days because we are understaffed." WHAT!!! what kind of place is this. I was late on my rent 1 day and they put an eviction notice on my door. I had to pay an extra 50.00 plus a 200.00 lawyer fee to not get evicted. Believe me, they sure do not mention it when you move in!!! And it is in the lease but VERY fine print. I guess thats how they get ya huh. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you do decide to move there.....GOOD LUCK!!
