Apartment Review for Stoney Falls Apartments - Lexington, KY

I just wanted to high light that I wish I had read this web site first. Do not move here. Management will in every way try to slam you with "extra" fees. For instance, we do not own any pets of any kind. My sister came to visit us for 3 days. She brought her dog. Now, the management says we owe them $200 deposit and extra on the rent. This was out of the blue. Nothing was ever mentioned about "visiting" dogs when we signed the lease nor was it written in any of the paper work we received. Unfortunately, there seems to be a trend of underhanded behavior with the management. It's not worth the hassle for such an average place to live.
