Apartment Review for Stoney Falls Apartments - Lexington, KY

My husband and I lived here for one year. We loved it -- except for the electricity bills were always so high, even when we kept the temp. really low, we still paid close to over $100 a month for a 1 bedroom. It was probably a combination of poor insulation, some windows and the door had many drafts, and also b/c of Bluegrass Energy Co. View was nice, balcony good size, and storage unit nice. No problem with noise, we were on the 3rd floor. Maintenance was awesome, always quick to respond and very kind. Loved the free aerobic classes offered and tanning beds are nice. Had some problems with the tread mills working, but there is a nice place to walk nearby at Hartland park. Parking was never a problem. We moved to get more space and lower electric bills through KU. highly rec. for price.
