Apartment Review for Stoney Falls Apartments - Lexington, KY

I just renewed my lease here for another year, as it has fulfilled everything I've looked for, being a graduate student. Stoney Falls has, easily, one of the cheapest rents in Lexington, which includes water (which helps to counter the high costs of Bluegrass Energy). Maintenance has always been prompt and effective, and the management has responded well to all of my inquiries. In response to a previous comment on the rent, management gives you until the 5th of the month to pay, well beyond what many of my peers are given. My unit is clean, albeit older, which can contribute to a few issues with noise (which would be alleviated if I lived a floor up; my upstairs neighbors are unnecessarily loud). The apartment is well-lit and the grounds are maintained nicely (we had a beautiful blooming of tulips earlier this month). I guess I just wanted to write something so that there was an updated review; it seems that most of the issues other commenters had have been addressed. All in all, the complex has been great for me and I have no plans to move for a while.
