Apartment Review for Stoney Falls Apartments - Lexington, KY

I lived at Stoney Falls for a year and a half. I read a lot of reviews concerning Stoney Falls and did not believe that some of them could be true. I recently moved out and cleaned my apartment and was charged $60 for them to clean my refrigerator. They said if I did not pay this within 15 days, it would turned into a collections agency. If you go back and read other reviews, this is a constant problem with unexpected move out charges. Please also be advised that the staff is very nice when you are moving in and are total bitches once they have your money. I mean seriously, who would charge me $60 to clean out my refrigerator. There was nothing left in it!!! It was basic cleaning that they should be doing anyways for the next resident. The apartment was noisy and had a bad bug problem! The cable was awful and the electricity bill for a one bedroom apt. was over $100 a month! I now live in a two story house on a full basement and my electricity bill is the same. I always paid on time, I kept my apartment in great condition, gave my 30 days notice on time, and still they pulled this crap on me. I would not recommend Stoney Falls to anyone. I am sending this information to the Better Business Bureau as well. Please read reviews and beware!
