Newsflash it has happened AGAIN! The Lexington Police have sealed off the ENTIRE apartment complex and are checking ID's of EVERY person entering or exiting this unflushed toilet. Good luck in the parking lots, and don't forget your KEVLAR VEST and HANDGUN.  Need to rent an apartment?
