Apartment Review for The Meadows - Lexington, KY

These apartments are not of considerable quality for what they charge. for an approximately 900 sq foot apartment, our electricity runs us $100 monthly (at 65 degrees in the winter) on top of our $550 a month rent. The electrical breakers do not hold well enough to run a television and vacuum cleaner at the same time. We also had a problem with mold when we first moved in. The lights on the outside of our building were out for 2 weeks, and this happened shortly after an assault against one of my neighbors. Parking spaces are only adequate for a compact size care, let alone a decent size car (heaven forbid a truck). Little help is the office staaff who take longggg lunches and leave early.
