Apartment Review for The Resort At Lake Crossing - Lexington, KY

I read some of the bad reviews on here and couldn't believe it. I've always moved from apartment to apartment through college and finally ended up here. This is the only placed I've ever renewed my lease. Management is super nice, super friendly, and super helpful. Place is very clean and quiet. Anytime I've ever had a problem with something in the unit, maintenance is there the next day to repair. Pool is great, clean, and the time I had way more people over then allotted (you're allowed 2 guests), management knew and didn't seem to care as long as we were respectful to everyone around us. They offer a continental breakfast once a month. Only issues I have is that there is one dumpster for the entire building that definitely overflows every Sunday. It's not a big problem for me as I only really see it when I take my trash out, but it does take away from the "cleanliness" of the apartment building. Also, the doors seem to slam on their own and my neighbor above came down to ask that I catch the door before it closes, as it shook his apartment upstairs. From two years, these are the only issues I've ever had. Seriously, if you're looking for a nice place to live, nothing could be better here!!!
