The staff is more than willing to acknowledge complaints, but rarely take action unless consistent, regular complaints are made. Ultimately, they fail at enforcing their own guidelines/policies. The grounds have deteriorated over time and beyond the occasional coat of paint, they're letting the place fall apart. Trees and bushes are overgrown, dead or dying. Signs and signposts are deteriorating. Their overall lack of enthusiasm is apparent in their Christmas decorations which have become sparse and sickly in recent years. Despite an annual increase in rent, little is done to improve the infrastructure of the units or the grounds.
