Terrible human this William "Bill" Wassmer guy is. He's a fast talker from New York with a terrible, corny, and downright by-the-book salesman attitude reminiscent of Danny DeVito circa "Matilda." This shithead will nickel and dime you out of every cent he possibly can while giving you lame and obviously money-grubbing thirst driven excuses as to why you owe him some sort of money. I believe housing is a right; not a privilege. This asshole Bill Wassmer only believes in money. We will rejoice the day his carcass rots in the sewers being scourged by rodents. On the inquiry phone call, he quoted me $565 for a 1BR/1BA. Upon the meeting and his sales pitch, it was mysteriously and suddenly $575. Again, this prick and other pricks like him are the reason this world is a terrible place to live in.
