Apartment Review for Zandale Terrace Apartments - Lexington, KY

This property needs a security guard on site at night & during the weekends because: too many cars have been broken into,there is too much litering & vandalism,and the people from a neighboring property use Zand. Terrace's laundry room with impunity. Much of the noise and litter is caused by out-of-constrol Mexicans. On the plus side: the current manager (as of July 2009) has made a great effort to have repairs done quickly. Also, the rents are reasonable.
