Apartment Review for Zandale Terrace Apartments - Lexington, KY

If you're a single male this place is fine if you're on a budget. I've been there for two years and in the past few months the management has changed and the new manager is very prompt with repairs and any complaints you may have. This place is an old apartment complex from the 70s. You have no reason to expect greatness, but it is sufficient. The neighbors keep to themselves and mainly consist of hispanic families, college kids, and middle-aged recently divorced men. Don't leave your valuables laying around in your car. You live in a city, act like it. Lock your doors, car doors, don't leave your laundry unattended. Basic stuff. The rates are affordable. The noise level depends directly on your neighbors. If they're noisy they won't be there long. Overall, you get what you pay for and if you take precautions like you should in any city the size of Lexington it'll be fine. The other reviews so far seem racist. The Hispanic people here are generally quiet and keep to their own groups. If you can't handle a little color move to Sweden.
